Receipts:

  • Massage Therapy receipts are for massage insurance only

  • Acupuncture receipts are for acupuncture insurance only

  • Receipts are issued separately for insurance or tax purposes

  • Please note: Direct billing is not always successful.
    If billing cannot be processed, you will receive an email receipt only (no paper receipts) to submit to your insurance provider.

    Direct Billing is available through:

    Insurance Card:

    • Please provide a clear digital copy (front and back) of your insurance card. (Paper copies are not accepted.)

    • The name on your appointment must match the name on the insurance card.

    • If your insurance is under your parent or spouse, please provide their full name, date of birth, and year.

    Direct billing is not always successful.
    If billing cannot be processed, you will receive an email receipt only to submit to your insurance provider.

    Responsibility for Fees:

    • Massage insurance applies only to massage therapy.

    • Acupuncture insurance applies only to acupuncture treatments. (needle acupuncture is required).

    • If your insurance does not cover the full treatment fee, you are responsible for paying the remaining balance at the time of your appointment.

    • Cancellation fees are not covered by insurance.

  • If you have questions about your plan, contact us by email or text and we’ll help confirm your eligibility

  • Please note: Cancellation fees are not covered by insurance and must be paid by the client

Cancellation Policy:
